Private Studio or Virtual Sessions
One on one training is the perfect option for someone who has specific health needs or fitness goals that they want individual programming for. My personal training sessions include an initial consultation, goal setting, and a personalized progressive training programming.

-Sessions can be done in person (Arlington MA) or on Zoom.

Monthly packages are competitively priced with sessions ranging from
$75-90/session.
Health, Habits, and Goal Setting
When you sign up for accountability coaching, you sign up for a customizable program. Programs may include discussion and planning revolving weekly nutrition, exercise advice, workout design, personal training, forecasting health goals and strategy on how to achieve them. Sessions are set at any frequency, with multiple check-ins between them.

Small Group Strength Training

LTAD
Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) is a model that focuses on helping kids develop the right skills at the right time to enjoy sports, stay active, and perform their best. It promotes physical literacy so kids can build confidence, reduce injury risk, and be prepared for any sport they choose to pursue.
LTAD-based program launching in Fall 2025 that’s all about getting kids ready—and keeping them ready—for sports through age-appropriate training, fun movement, and long-term development strategies.
